Well, it is a good thing that a lot of people have been working so hard in order for them to understand Food Insecurity. At first, I was also hesitant to know what it was all about. But when I got the gist of your post, I was able to understand it. Everything that is connected with food requires so much care. Everything should be handled with care because we don't know its possible effect to us, so it will always be better to sanitize yourself before anything else.
